MR Cravings…

ImageDon’t you just love that feeling when you are working your ass off in the gym, lifting heavy seeing your body remembers how to lift and to keep up with the weight your used to lifting. Even after 4 weeks of neglecting my body with bad foods and drinks, it still remembers the feeling of satisfaction and hard work after a workout day. Even getting back in the gym after one workout can make your body feel amazing, like its never changed. I always say, its not the goal you have to be proud of, its the journey you took to get to your goal. 

Trying to think of new ways to challenge my body I have decided to take a cross fit class. Hearing the term cross fit sounded so bad ass each time somebody said it, it made me think..would I like to be referred to as that cross fit chick…O yes! Because that makes me feel strong and confident. I will be writing about my cross fit journey as well, so do keep posted on my blog. Hoping to inspire all of you that are having a hard time getting out of a rutt. Trust me, that moment when you missed a meal, or you didnt eat enough and you sugar level is so low that you can only think about that huge chocolate bar or baguette with  you would like to gulge down…its a momentarily misplaced feeling of hunger. I always tell myself, okay eat this first and see how you feel afterwards if you are still craving whatever it is your craving you can think about it then. (usually you wont crave it anymore so it helps 🙂 )
